This representation includes mediation and arbitration of construction disputes, preparation of construction contracts, and representation of property owners.

His services include the complete preparation, review and negotiation of Contracts, Bids, and Compliance Issues. He also handles Payment Disputes, Change Orders, Delay and Productivity Claims, Lien Releases, Stop Notices, Mechanic’s Liens, Performance Bond Disputes, Rights and Remedies of Creditors / Debtors; and Defect Notices; and provides dispute negotiation, arbitration, mediation and litigation for claims.
