Charles A. Tweedy graduated from University of California, Berkeley, in 1977 with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1980, and a Master of Laws degree in Business & Taxation Law from McGeorge School of Law in 1983.
Charles was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1980, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Since his admission to the State Bar, Charles has practiced in the areas of business and commercial transactional law and litigation, including commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, commercial litigation, corporate, partnership, and limited liability company formations, operation and dissolution actions, buying and selling businesses, and construction defect and mechanic’s lien litigation.
